AIM Health Plans Available in Each County

Remember, the health plan you choose is the plan you will stay in throughout your pregnancy.

Note: For Catalina Island, services to pregnant women will be provided in Long Beach. If you choose to enroll your baby in the HFP, your child will receive initial care from Blue Cross HMO in Long Beach. On the first day of the third month after birth, your baby will be transferred to your choice of either Community Health Plan or LA Care Health Plan in the HFP. Both HFP plans have providers located on Catalina Island.
